Speaker: Sandra Crowe (bio)

The new level of crazy in the world brings out feelings of collective unease and a host of baffling questions. This heightened level of stress can also bring out the “stress personalities” that go along with that unease, making others more difficult to deal with and ourselves less responsive and helpful than we’d like to be. This session is designed to support you in dealing with internal as well as external difficult behaviors whether it is coming from customers, colleagues, or even yourself and give you new options for more satisfying outcomes.

Learning Outcomes:

In this session, we will outline:

*3 internal strategies and techniques you can use for helping you deal with yourself while dealing with difficult people

*2 external strategies and techniques you can employ for your interactions with others

*Specific language that’s helpful for de-escalating the tension

*Ways to identify and let go of reactions that don’t serve you

When: Wednesday, September 20, 2017 | 11:15 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

Capital Hilton
