One of the most strategic decisions a nonprofit leader can make is whether or not to outsource HR functions. Making that decision requires careful consideration of timing, input across the board and potential impact on the organization’s culture. Moderator Paul Phelan and presenters Simone Putnam and Sidney Abrams will describe the decision making process, the various forms an outsourcing arrangement may take, and the long-term implications for the organization. Time at the end of the presentation is reserved for issues and questions raised by FAR members and guests.
