Speaker: John Huskins (bio)

John Huskins, a Principal with JohnsonLambert LLP, will provide an overview of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act on not ofr profit organizations. His presentation will include suggestions for actions to mitigate the potential negative impact of tax reform that became effective on January 1.

Attendees will:

  • identify the major components of tax reform affecting many exempt organizations
  • consider compliance tips with applications to exempt organizations
  • develop 1-2 potential strategies to mitigate the negative impact of tax reform
