Speaker: Cassie Solomon (bio)

With the increase in the pace and breadth of external and internal change comes the challenge to lead your organization successfully, always maintaining focus on your mission. In this session, Cassie A. Solomon, author (with Gregory P. Shea) of "Leading Successful Change", will demonstrate why real change means changing behaviors. With examples and exercises she will illustrate how to lead successful change by focusing on positive work behaviors and addressing the 8 levers of change for designing the work environment to support those changes.

• Recognize and apply 2 tenets for successful change: work behaviors and work environment.
• Review The Eight Levers of Change for creating supportive work environments.
• Appreciate the leadership opportunity that exists in creating a scene that will provide a vision of the future.
