A respectful workplace is one where all employees are treated fairly, difference is acknowledged and valued, communication is open and civil, conflict is addressed early and there is a culture of empowerment and cooperation.

This presentation is designed to define, identify and prevent negative behaviors through positive behavior strategies.

Attendees will:

  • Gain a better understanding of how to recognize and value diversity
  • Identify the value of the contributions of all employees
  • Engage in positive communication and collaboration (team work)
  • Learn methods to provide equal & fair treatment to all

Metro: Guests can take the Metro to Farragut North or McPherson Square.

Parking: There is plenty of parking within a few blocks of the National Housing Center.

Check-In: ID required upon arrival.
