CTRL: What are the written and unwritten rules that hold your organization back? Take away tips to learn how to set boundaries with your board and membership to improve the efficiency of your projects and outcomes.

ALT: Look for alternate solutions to common problems such as lack of leadership, funding, and resources. Participate in a co-creation visioning exercise. Explore creative solutions that will encourage your board to look at innovating.

Believe: It is done unto your organization, as you believe. So, what is it you believe? Now is the time to delete all you believed about how your organization works and create a new future. Take a moment to burn up old patterns and beliefs. As the leader, your energy is the centering force for the beliefs of your board, members and staff.
