Offsite employees are present in virtually all companies - whether occasional telecommuters or staff working in other cities. Attend this session to be part of an interactive group covering topics such as how to make remote employees effective, what technologies are useful in managing remote workers and what are the legal issues to consider with offsite employees.

Attendees will:

1. Identify the advantages and challenges with a remote workforce
2. Share experiences for keeping off-site employees engaged
3. Learn new technologies being used with remote workers
4. Recognize some of the legal issues that need to be considered with a remote workforce
