In this session we will provide an overview of cyber insurance coverage by focusing on the different types of coverages and riders, limitations of coverage, and associated range of costs. We will also discuss the necessary IT policies, configurations, and solutions that are required to be implemented

  After completing this course you will be able to: 

  1. Identify common cyber insurance coverage
  2. Understand the factors that impact costs associated with cyber insurance
  3. Outline the necessary changes to an organization’s IT infrastructure that is required to comply with the cyber insurance requirements

Chris Ecker joined DelCor in 1999 as a Network Systems Consultant and was soon promoted to his current position of Chief Technology Officer. With more than 20 years of IT experience, he specializes in networking-, cloud-, and security-focused technologies; Windows client and server operating systems; and virtualization. 

Chris provides leadership for infrastructure, cloud, and cyber-focused solutions to meet the needs of the 501c community. He has been instrumental in selecting and implementing the foundation platforms and processes for DelCor’s Managed Services and Cloud Services.

Hannah Hoeflinger,“As the National Cyber Risk Operations Leader at Marsh Mclennan Agency, Hannah currently leads national strategies pertaining to cyber partnerships and alliances, analytics, education and insurance solutions. Hannah has specialized in cyber risk management for over 7 years. Prior to joining MMA she worked strategic roles in the cyber insuretech space, provided cyber risk transfer solutions to national cyber and technology clients as a broker, and worked as a cyber underwriter. Hannah also has a technical background with a degree in Risk Analytics and Actuarial Science and studied engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology.”    


Andrew Leggett joined DelCor in 2012 as a Network Consultant and has since been promoted to the Technology Consulting team as a Senior Technical Project Consultant. Mr. Leggett has been working in the information technologies (IT) sector for more than 12 years and has experience in both security and networking infrastructure.

Mr. Leggett graduated from the University of Central Florida. He is an EC-Council Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), a Dell Certified SonicWALL Security Administrator (CSSA), and is experienced in VMware, Hyper V, and a variety of Windows Server and desktop operating systems. Before joining DelCor, Mr. Leggett was the Vice President of IT at Floridian Community Bank.
