Simone Putnam is Partner-in-Charge of the Managed Services - Human Resources Department in the Firm’s Washington, DC office. She is also the regional leader of the Executive Search, Transition & Planning practice. Ms. Putnam came to Marcum via the Firm’s merger with Raffa, P.C., one of the nation’s preeminent public accounting and business consulting firms in the nation, specializing in nonprofits.
Ms. Putnam has more than 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, human resources, customer service, and business development. She provides clients with executive-level human resources management consulting support. Her clients range from between $3 million - $30 million in annual revenue
Ms. Putnam leads a team of professionals who provide services in the areas of talent acquisition, audits and assessments, compensation studies and systems, employee relations, policy development, compliance, benefits planning and administration, payroll management, training, performance management, investigations, on-boarding, terminations, executive level searches, transition consulting, succession planning and leadership development.

SEIU requires that masks must be worn entering and exiting the building. You may takeoff your mask when you arrive to your designated conference room.
Parking: Underground paid garage parking is available, but space is limited; entry into the garage is located on 18th Street. There are also other nearby parking garages as well as limited metered street parking.
Metro: Closest stop is the Dupont Circle Station (south station exit) on the Red Line. Upon exit from the station walk towards 18th Street along Massachusetts Avenue; the SEIU Conference Center is located on the right-hand side almost immediately adjacent to Dupont Circle.
